GENERAL
► By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service. I reserve the right to decline any request that I'm not comfortable with or that goes against my values or abilities.

PAYMENTS
► 50% prepayment after the sketch (except for sketch requests, in which case the prepayment is 100%). Prices may vary depending on complexity, urgency, or commercial use, but once agreed upon, the price is final.

REVISIONS
► Corrections on the sketch are free. Then, small adjustments are included (such as minor fixes or color changes). Major revisions or a complete redraw may require an additional fee.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
► Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the work and my current schedule. I'll provide you with an estimated delivery time, but exact deadlines must be agreed upon in advance. Rush delivery may require an additional fee.

USE
► Commissioned works are for personal use only, unless the commission itself is intended for commercial purposes. Don't use it for NFTs and AI. If commercial use is required, an additional fee will apply.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
► I retain all rights to the artwork unless full ownership has been purchased. I may post or showcase the work in my portfolio and on social media. If you would like the work to remain private, please let me know.

REFUNDS
► Refunds are generally not available once work has started. If I'm unable to complete your commission due to personal reasons, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on progress.

COMMUNICATION
► Please respond promptly to messages and provide feedback within a reasonable time frame.

ABOUT 18+ COMMISSIONS
(the following information mainly applies to erotic content. Blood and gore have less strict rules)
► If you’re commissioning 18+ artwork (ero-guro or other NSFW themes), I reserve the right to ask for proof of age if necessary — usually for works with a very high level of adult content. I will NOT draw 18+ art that includes:
• Real people, even if it’s you or someone who has given their consent.
• Underage characters.
• Animals.
When posting 18+ artworks on public platforms (which I don’t recommend), you should use proper censorship and content warnings. Otherwise, you take full responsibility for any consequences according to your country’s laws.
