Plot :: First, the four captains of the local mafia CR-5 and Gian (not Jan) need to escape from prison, where they ended up by the will of fate, and then deal with their opponents - the GD group, which has already managed to wreak havoc in the city.

This visual novel was voted Best BL Game of the Decade in 2016 by Cool-B magazine.

And honestly, out of all the games I’ve played, this one feels the most alive and packed with humor. The characters actually express strong emotions – both good and bad – in a way that feels real and raw.

The protagonist / Giancarlo Bourbon del Monte / CV: Tadano Doutei
A man so lucky, he goes by the nickname of "Lucky Dog". Outwardly unkempt and rarely seen wihtout a cigarette wedged between his lips, Gian always carries around his absolute favourite food, chewing gum. Laidback, he doesn't care about about his appearance and has poor personal hygiene. Gian is not the type to dwell on the little things, but he does what he has to do efficiently. Involved in the mafia since his youth, Gian has been in and out of jail. In fact, he is so skilled in escaping prison, that he regards it as a hobby.

Bernardo Ortolani / CV: Asano Youji
The protagonist and this character have a relationship that is neither too close nor too distant. They don't become overly familiar with each other, and they maintain a comfortable distance that they both feel is right. However, they often exchange dark jokes, and at first glance, they seem to have a very close relationship.

Giulio Di Bondone / CV: Aoi Yuuma
A highly accomplished assassin hailing from a wealthy and influential family, Giulio is silent and shows little interest in anyone or anything. However, his love of blood, killing and his proficiency with knives has earned him the nickname of "Mad Dog" by those who witnessed him at work. Other than killing, Giulio shows an uncanny interest in Giancarlo, to the point of obsession; behaving differently around him.

Ivan Fiore / CV: Hirai Tatsuya
Accomplished for his young age, Ivan is the newest addition to the CR-5 that is aiming to become its leader. As a result, he is completely against Gian possibly becoming the next leader. There are members that don't trust him simply because Ivan isn't Italian. His blunt, direct, foul-mouthed and plain rude attitude doesn't help his relations with his fellow members, and he isn't well-liked.

Luchino Gregoretti / CV: Shiki Ji
Charming, good-looking and wealthy, Luchino is full of confidence and pride. He is a woman (especially blondes) and gambling lover with expensive tastes.

While the story doesn’t branch off too dramatically depending on your choices (you’ll more or less end up in the same place regardless), I swear I’d replay this game again and again just for its energy and hilarious dialogue/situations.

And also for the NSFW scenes... They’re incredibly varied – ranging from light necrophilia and violence to tender, affectionate moments. Scene locations? You name it: in a car, outdoors, in the shower, in some back alley... There's something for everyone here.
As for the visuals and sound I have zero complaints. The opening theme in particular is a total banger, I still listen to it from time to time.

The game is split into three parts:
• Part one: prison
• Part two: escape
• Part three: freedom
The story only really starts to shift based on your chosen love interest in the third part. The first two parts differ slightly – just a few scenes here and there.

TW :: blood, violence (mostly physical), death, immoral dialogue/jokes, necrophilia (in one of the endings), drugs, and A LOT of profanity.
My rating :: 9/10. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a good laugh, a fast-paced story with fights, and some wildly diverse adult content.
